Flexible hours, consistent pay, and a relaxed work environment are waiting for a natural-born tinkerer who has an eye for detail.

 

We have three day spa locations (Montgomery, Liberty Twp. And Beavercreek) and are looking for someone who can travel between locations to fix things when they break and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of systems.

General job duties include completing routine maintenance checks/tasks, repairing appliances and equipment, general upkeep and cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.

​

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent tinkering abilities. The ability to think critically about the problem, research solutions, and fix random things when they break.

• The ability to look at a problem and figure out how to prevent it from happening again in the future.

• Good communication skills and ability to understand basic technology (texting, reading manuals, researching solutions on the internet).

• The ability to self-manage their time and prioritize tasks by urgency.

• The ability to climb ladders, lift 50lbs, bend at the waist, kneel, walk, or stand for periods of time as the

  job may require.

• Schedule flexibility that allows them to be available on short notice if something critical breaks.

• Weekends, mornings, and evenings may be required on occasion.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized inventory of tools, invoices, receipts, cleaning supplies, etc.

• Change filters, clean/adjust vents for HVAC as required

• Repair drywall dings, touch up paint and refurbish areas as needed

• Maintain/periodically clean appliances (ice machines, dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.)

• Move/rearrange/assemble furniture as needed

• Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed

• Keep long term storage areas clean and organized

• Maintain exterior of properties (i.e., cleanliness, touch up-painting, etc.)

• Clean inside and outside of windows and glass doors

• Develop cleaning schedule for items that need periodic cleaning (floors, shower grout, ice machines, etc.)

 

Compensation:

• Hourly: $23-25 / hour
